Data and purposes
We process uploaded photos, editing instructions and resulting images to create and frame your photo. An order may include email, name, phone number, delivery address, notes, print sizes and quantities, and payment confirmation. These details support order storage, payment matching, customer assistance, printing and delivery.
Service providers
Photos and editing instructions are sent to OpenAI for AI processing. Hostinger provides hosting and storage. SePay assists with bank-transfer matching in Vietnam. Relevant order details are shared with printing and delivery providers when you request physical prints.
Private photos and access
Order photos are stored with your session and order. Authorised staff may access order details and files to provide support or fulfil prints. Photos are not automatically published in the public gallery.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies link your browser to the order. Browser storage remembers language, country and unfinished orders. Clearing cookies or switching devices may require contacting support to recover an order.
Access, correction and deletion
Photos and order data are retained to provide the service and support orders. To ask what data is stored, correct details or request deletion, send your order number to sales@rakuphoto.com. We verify ownership first; records required for payment reconciliation and legal retention are considered separately.
Other people’s photos
Only upload photos you are entitled to use. For another person or a child, obtain the appropriate permission from that person or their representative.

Country data source
