Rakuphoto helps create and frame portrait and ID photos, download files and order prints in Vietnam. You can preview before paying. Some edits use AI and require your review. You must have permission to use uploaded photos and provide accurate order details. Do not impersonate others, create unlawful content or infringe their rights.
Check the result
Review the face, background, outfit and crop for every size before paying. Requirements vary by receiving authority. Rakuphoto does not replace checking official requirements or guarantee that every AI-edited photo will be accepted.
Prices and payment
File prices, printing fees and delivery fees appear at checkout. In Vietnam, QR bank transfers are confirmed after a matching transaction is verified. If a transfer is not confirmed, contact support with the order number.
Files and delivery
Download the files after payment confirmation. Check print quantities, sizes and delivery details. Contact us quickly if information needs changing after payment so we can check the fulfilment status.
Support
Send your order number and describe problems with a result, file, payment or delivery via email or Zalo. Requests are checked against the order and applicable policy.
